Old Too Negative strip, Dahlia & Killbaby shoot the breeze while having bloodwork done.
Dietrich-inspired “Blue Devil” character
Cover to the first “Too Negative” minicomic, drawn in 2001. Image influenced by the phrase “daughter fallen to play amongst the shells” from Crowley’s “777”, a concept which is fitting to the character of Dahlia.
One of the things I did for the Flaming Fire Illustrated Bible project. It was also used in their “Eternal Christmas” installation. Vice Magazine said something on their blog about how my demons really said holiday spirit, it was meant to be snarky but I remember thinking it just perfect. Anyway I was on Geodon when I was doing this. Now that I’m off that shit, I would approach this completely differently.
Will make this a real painting
